Job Description & Summary

Reporting to the Workforce Transformation Lead within the AI Transformation Program Team, this role will focus on developing and managing the content strategy around the upskilling, activation and adoption of AI technologies within the transformation at PwC Canada.

This member will play a vital role in developing content and collateral to be leveraged internally, with a focus on the impact of AI technology changes to internal PwC users. The Content Manager will design and execute the content creation around output that includes copywriting for AI transformation messaging, website content inventory and maintenance, and internal firm reporting and messaging. The candidate should have a strong passion for storytelling, design and the role of emerging technology, innovation and AI transformation in the Canadian business ecosystem.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of 

As Content Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Development and publishing of presentations, SharePoint and Websites and articles pertaining to AI transformation updates reporting and promotional material 

Representation on projects requiring  AI transformation communications collateral component 

Ad hoc development of communications approaches as required 

Design and development of other types of communication collateral and resources (e.g. internal brochures etc.) 

Design, publish, audit and maintain firmwide AI specific web content 

Leverage technical knowledge to edit copy within software products to improve the user experience and ensure consistent messaging  

Contribute to the overall ideation and design of the Workforce Transformation engagement and communication strategy 

Collaborate with the team on new/alternative communications channels and direction based on stakeholder needs; implement innovative communication channels

Collaborate with program leadership and other members of the team with strategic content needs 

Help ensure the success of the Workforce transformation team and AI transformation program by displaying leadership skills, inspiring organizational coherence and developing best practices for strategic content creation   

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite (Sharepoint, One Drive, Business Applications).

Experience in content creation within a technical, user centric context.

Experience with presentation design and exposure to applying brand standards to collateral design.

Flexibility and the demonstrated ability to prioritize activities - be proactive with minimal instruction and stay focused in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. 

A self-starter who is quick to learn and apply new concepts. 

A demonstrated understanding/passion of emerging technology and its impact on business.

A demonstrated creative and adaptive recommendation building and decision-making ability based on a defined user experience and transformation outcome.

Experience as an eager storyteller and content creator.
