**About the Role**
We’re looking for a digitally savvy, strategically sharp, and operationally excellent Global Digital Marketing Lead to shape and scale Uber Advertising’s digital ecosystem. In this role, you’ll own and evolve our global marketing platforms — from web and social media to CRM and internal communications — ensuring consistency, performance, and creative impact across every audience and channel.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of strategy and execution.
You’ll lead global initiatives that amplify our brand, support our revenue teams, and bring clarity and cohesion to the way we communicate — internally and externally. You’ll roll up your sleeves and work side-by-side with stakeholders across Product Marketing, Creative, Comms, and Sales to build systems that scale and stories that resonate.

**What the Candidate Will Do**
- **Lead Web Strategy & Experience** — Own Uber Advertising’s global web presence, driving UX optimisation, content strategy, platform governance, and performance.
- **Drive Global Social Media Strategy** — Define and activate a high-impact social strategy that builds brand equity and supports advertiser engagement across priority channels.
- **Develop Global B2B Content Strategy** — Define and deliver a high-impact content strategy including white papers, long-form editorial, and thought leadership. Drive global expansion of brand storytelling through compelling content and scalable messaging.
- **Elevate Internal Comms** — Lead the development and distribution of internal content that connects, aligns, and energises cross-functional teams worldwide.
- **Operationalise and Optimise** — Implement tools, workflows, and analytics that elevate our marketing efficiency, content quality, and cross-team coordination.
- **Launch CRM & Lifecycle Marketing** — Build an integrated lifecycle strategy to engage and grow our advertiser base through segmentation, automation, and targeted content.
**Basic Qualifications**
- 8+ years of experience in global digital marketing, preferably in tech, media, or advertising platforms
- Proven success leading web, CRM, social, and content programmes at scale
- Expertise in digital platforms, analytics, and martech/CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Braze, Salesforce)
- Strong leadership presence and ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Adept at simplifying complexity, connecting dots, and telling compelling stories through digital
- Hands-on experience launching or scaling new marketing systems
- Familiarity with advertising or media sales environments
- Strong eye for design and user experience
- Organised, accountable, and highly collaborative
- Comfortable leading in a hybrid or remote-first environment
- Experience working across regional teams and adapting content for local markets
