We design and deliver bespoke content experiences for our clients, shooting in our purpose-built studios and working collaboratively with our client partners to create and produce high-caliber content for brands.
**Overview**
We are looking for Social Executives to join our Prodigious Play team in Sydney. This is a dynamic, hands-on position, perfect for someone who’s equal parts community manager, social expert, and influencer lover. You’ll support the social output behind some of Publicis Groupe's biggest clients. From managing daily conversations to shaping influencer and content strategies, this is a true all-rounder role for someone ready to jump into the action on social! You’ll work on high-profile brands that shape culture and lead categories. This is a chance to learn from some of the best in the business while building hands-on experience across all aspects of social, from community and content to creators and campaigns. You’ll be part of a collaborative, curious team that loves big ideas and sharper execution.
**Responsibilities**
**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Build and grow social communities by driving daily engagement across key platforms
+ Monitor, manage and respond to user comments to foster positive sentiment and flag emerging issues or trends
+ Support the creation and execution of social-first content and strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X
+ Work directly with creators and influencers, including briefing talent, sourcing UGC, and supporting paid and organic campaigns
+ Assist with content calendars, copywriting and creative approvals
+ Report on performance using analytics tools and translate insights into content recommendations
+ Manage client relationships day-to-day and offer proactive social and community advice
+ Collaborate with content creators, strategists, paid media and influencer specialists to deliver integrated social work
**Qualifications**
**What We’re Looking For**
+ At least 12 months of experience managing brand social media accounts, ideally in an agency setting.
+ Strong platform knowledge across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more!
+ Knows community management principles
+ Has some experience in social content creation, using GenAI tools and can brief in visual assets
+ A keen interest in influencer marketing and creator culture
+ Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics
+ Familiar with content management systems like Sprout Social or Hootsuite and competent in Microsoft Office
+ Organised, proactive and capable of juggling multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
