About the Role - We are seeking a diligent and dedicated Content Excellence Manager to join our Commercial Excellence team. This role is an exciting opportunity to utilize expertise in CPG content and data management to enhance the accuracy, quality, and completeness of our Reporting Catalog. You’ll play a pivotal role in improving taxonomy, ownership models, and Catalog data while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position offers a unique blend of skills focused on CPG expertise, content management, and technical proficiency, with a priority emphasis on CPG expertise. About the Team - The Commercial Excellence Team is focused on creating best-in-class product data and reporting to support our Brand Partners and customers. Through collaboration with Sales, Insights, Data Operations, Engineering, and Catalog teams, we deliver solutions that enhance product content, streamline processes, and elevate overall customer experiences. About the Job

Partner with cross-functional teams to oversee and enhance the Ads Reporting Catalog, ensuring all category, brand, and attribute information is accurate and up-to-date. Collaborate with Sales, Insights, Data Operations, Engineering, and Catalog teams to gather and maintain comprehensive product data. Analyze Catalog content to improve processes, identify errors, and ensure consistency. Implement catalog updates to align with product launches or updates. Develop and manage operational processes and team capabilities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to content and operations workflows. Perform quality assurance checks to maintain content integrity and support a best-in-class customer experience. Conduct in-depth research on CPG products using internal resources, partner feedback, and industry knowledge. Manage data across multiple sources (Excel, Google Sheets, CSV/text files), including ETL processes, data extraction, and summary analysis. Advocate for and establish excellence in CPG content management through industry best practices.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in catalog management or a similar role. At least 4 years of experience in the Grocery sector, eCommerce platforms, or CPG industry. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Proficiency with data management systems and analysis tools such as SQL and Tableau. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with industry trends and deep knowledge of key grocery brands and CPG reporting. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with CPG point-of-sale reporting tools such as Nielsen, SPINS, Circana, or Numerator. Proficiency in managing data and creating operational workflows across multiple sources (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.). Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with data transformation, ETL workflows, and troubleshooting data integrity issues. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for improving accuracy and quality in catalog content.
