Accountabilities
Apply practice area knowledge and/customer insights to deliver content to ensure accuracy, currency, relevance, accessibility and timeliness for AEFP by:
working with Practice Area Manager to advise authors to write and/or re-structuring material as required;
editing and formatting GS contents to ensure accuracy, authoritativeness and comprehensiveness of material that meets customer benchmarks;
prepares tasks for conversion;
applies and edits XML mark-up for content;
publishing and quality audit of contents;
uploading content into Suites and Bundles;
monitoring developments in the law covered within AEFP;
performing original research as required; and
project management
Thoroughly reviewing content for sense and conformity to LexisNexis house style, proof-reading legal content, making style corrections and adherence for product style guides.
Identify process improvements and working with REPH Editors, Operations Supervisor, Managing Editor and Senior Editors to roll out streamlined Content Management team processes.
Performing other agreed editorial tasks
Qualifications:
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any course
Strong commitment to performance and team success
Must be keen to details
Proficient in using MS Offices and/or equivalent tool
Any editorial and publishing experience is a plus
