•    Index Regulatory documents, Legislative Bills: 30.30.01 and 60.60.01 content

•    Regular review and update of summaries of Regulatory documents and Legislative bills and Local Ordinances

•    Review of LNNA Webstar/s for tag requirement updates, escalation, and other content related request from the external customers

•    Understand Topical Classification content, escalate and propose resolutions to observed areas of improvement on tools and processes. 

•    Assist and/or respond to internal and external customer requests and inquiries 
•    Work with team to develop improved operational efficiencies or procedural changes. Communicate effectively with teammates, supervisor, onshore SMEs, and other teams regarding process, workflow, and task prioritization.
•    Act as a problem-solving resource to team for both internal and external processes
•    Adhere to production, tracking and scheduling in existing scheduling systems, and communication of best practices. Recognize potential errors/roadblocks. Identify process opportunities and take action to remediate problems and formulate process improvements.
•    View projects and tasks in light of production timelines, team/department priorities; follow-through in a timely manner on all tasks
•    Support team decisions, encourage and support team atmosphere. Assist colleagues with production needs within team/department in order to contribute to overall work/life balance concerns; Take time to share knowledge and expertise, mentor, etc., plus proactively recognize and address knowledge gaps and opportunities to build competence within team.
•    All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

Must be a bachelor's degree holderBasic knowledge of standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications) Ability to work with deadlines Has great attention to detail Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field Excellent English oral and written communication skills  At least 1-2 years BPO/shared service or relevant experience Fresh graduates can be accommodated depending on communication skills and behavioral aspect Flexible and can adapt to different business requirements, onsite or hybrid work arrangement and rotating work schedule
