Content Designer
Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Content Designer to join a Big 5 banking client. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating engaging and intuitive customer experiences for a diverse product portfolios, including: sales journeys, public website, secure sites, and sustainable banking initiatives. You will collaborate closely with various product partners, designers, and content designers to ensure the delivery of high-quality content. The ideal candidate is expected to have excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities:   Collaborate with different product partners and designers across various portfolios, ensuring organized and cohesive content development.   Engage with stakeholders and the development team to gain feedback on content.   Participate actively in content and design sprints, bringing innovation and creativity to the forefront of all projects.   Work alongside UX Researchers to enhance user experience through data-driven insights. Manage the tracking of content updates efficiently while overseeing backlog management for submitted contents.
