Key ResponsibilitiesContent ProductionProduce engaging content across multiple formats, including: Long-form videos (scripted in Japanese & English), feed posts, carousels, interactive stories. Reels, shorts, and Instagram LiveCollaborate closely with the social media manager to create compelling advertising assetDevelop media assets for advertising campaigns across LINE, TikTok, Meta, and YouTubeProduce authentic student testimonial content, both in-office and globallyCreate staff-focused product knowledge contentDevelop narratives that highlight EF's unique value proposition and student experiencesCommunity RelationsManage active community engagement through direct messages, comments, and collaborationsInfluencer PartnershipsConduct strategic research to identify potential influencersDevelop comprehensive collaboration proposals, including: Detailed product decks, Terms of Reference, Budget proposals for approvalManage and monitor partnerships to ensure successful content deliveryCollect and analyze partnership performance metrics within 30 days of collaborationRequired SkillsNative-level Japanese language required as well as good English skills2–5+ years of experience in social media content production, digital marketing, or influencer marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong ability to brainstorm, script, produce, edit, and post engaging contentVideo editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or mobile editing apps)Design skills (Photoshop, Canva etc.)Ability to coordinate and shoot interviews, testimonials, and promotional videos both in-office and remotely.Knowledge of social media trends and viral content strategies in Japan.Comfortable appearing on camera as an influencer and engaging with audiences in an authentic way.If you’re passionate about fun content creation, experimenting with new ideas, and being part of a great fun team in Shibuya - we’d love to hear from you!
