**Overview**
As social media content creator, you will be required to develop native social content for various platforms and work with the rest of the creative team to execute the content. You need to be in tune with cultural trends and social moments across all platforms to a) contribute to breifs with creative strategies and b) develop content accordingly. You need understand brand strategy to contribute to briefs using your platform understanding, social listening and data analysis
**Responsibilities**
• Develop creative strategies to contribute to the strategic direction of the brand and on specific briefs; by using research, social listening, platform best practices and data analysis to address brand objectives in various geographies.
• Plan, create and execute cross-platform native social content ensuring alignment with social strategy as well as platform best practices
• Shoot and edit dynamic video content that aligns with the brand campaigns and always-on content plans.
• Continuously scope out opportunities for relevant reactive content amidst the global and regional moments and lead on activating these opportunities within the creative team
• Stay up-to-date with latest social media trends and best practices, adapting strategies to keep brands at forefront of digital innovation in the industry; including learning from previous content & communicating best practices to wider team Business Acumen & Operational Efciency
• Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment to client’s brand voice and business objectives
• Share social media learnings and best in class platform knowledge with the teams
• Measure and conduct periodic analytics of social media platforms
**Qualifications**
3-4 years of experience in social media, content and/or advertising
• A portfolio showcasing successful content creation and execution
• An experimental and innovative mindset with a strong interest in emerging technologies, such as Generative AI
• Expertise in developing and implementing creative content creation
• Experience with social media listening tools and data analysis
• Ability to produce content as a videographer with basic editing skills
