Job Purpose & Scope Develops informative and compelling content across a variety of platforms to enhance employee knowledge and engagement, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth. Essential Job Functions Develops and executes a content strategy aligned with the bank’s marketing and communications objectives. Researches and writes clear, accurate and compelling content on financial products, services and industry topics. Designs and edits visually appealing multimedia content (images, videos, infographics) for employee communications. Collaborates with various departments including Human Resources and Retail Banking to create high-quality, engaging internal content, including visual aids, that supports employee engagement, knowledge and training. Maintains a consistent brand voice in all internal communications while ensuring content adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. Monitors content performance using analytics tools and employee feedback, generates reports, and provides insights for content improvement. Assists with other marketing and communications projects, as needed. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to incorporate effective storytelling elements to craft content and materials for publication. Ability to communicate effectively verbally, visually and in writing. Ability to transform complex concepts into clear, engaging content. Ability to develop strong partnerships with line of business leaders and peers. Ability to utilize discretion and sound judgment in decision making. Ability to manage multiple tasks with exacting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to demonstrate attention to detail. Ability to demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills in a fluid environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of professionalism. Ability to travel, as needed, for on-site content creation at branch locations or bank-sponsored events. Strong editing and proofreading skills. Skill in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Skill in using graphic design and video editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or other job-relevant field, or commensurate work experience, required. 3+ years’ work experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
