Content and Data Specialist – Knowledge Center – Corporate Marketing

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize data through tagging, lists, and spreadsheets, create and maintain the KC libraries and project summaries.
- Collect and redact data to prepare it for migration across systems, update the SharePoint (SP) User Interface (UI) as assigned and respond to bid and marketing research requests and analyze data as assigned.
- Create/maintain SP and KC user guides and support process improvements by contributing ideas and influencing templates along with project deliverables and strategic initiatives with the team.
- Train and mentor KC stakeholders across all divisions of the company in SP navigation and contribute to outreach sessions with KC stakeholders to assess any updates or improvements to SP and/or the KC Work on tasks autonomously and through partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to strategic plans in support of marketing and corporate initiatives. 
- Exercise consistent judgment and regularly makes recommendations for improving results that will have an impact on people, costs, and/or quality of service.

- Curate and develop content for bid and marketing needs.- Write and maintain project summaries for our contracts.- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.- Structure large data sets to find usable information.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and
- 3-5 Years of experience
  - U.S. Citizenship is required for this role, which involves access to sensitive or controlled information in government contracts - Experience working with bids and proposals preferred - Skilled in standard computer applications and platforms such as Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel to analyze large data sets - Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, and customer service skills - Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities with superior attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong research and data analysis skills – able to find details by searching various sources - A strong orientation to detail – logical thinker, likes working in lists and forms - Works well independently and remotely, while also being an enthusiastic team member
