The Marketing Communications Content Analyst at Ford Motor Company is responsible for delivering best-in-class Tier 1 marketing and advertising for our Ford Blue nameplates. The position will collaborate with cross-functional Ford teams and agency partners and requires project management skills to deliver on creative timelines.
This role will support our creative platform and lead the creation of content featuring our specific nameplates on Ford Blue. They will work closely with experts in CRM, Ford.com, Social, Paid Media, and Brand to deliver memorable and effective creative content that drives familiarity, favorable opinion, consideration and intention of our key vehicle nameplates through the purchase funnel.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 3+ years of experience in Advertising or Marketing roles Experience and proven success collaborating with agency teams Experience in Marketing, Sales, and Service organization, preferably in marketing communications or consumer marketing, with experience interacting with agency partners Creating and/or using a Creative Brief, interacting with Creative Talent, and ability to provide thoughtful feedback on creative iterations. Ability to own project goals, lead projects independently, as well as multi-task, prioritize, and organize workload.

What you'll do...
Create marketing assets while forming a creative feedback loop for content reviews for brand teams and marketing leadership to ensure messaging accuracy and strategic alignment to objectives. Expertly craft flexible but purposeful imagery, videos, copywriting, and other assets in a quality and timely manner, while working strategically through insights formed in partnership with leads in Audience, Strategy and Business Intelligence. Manage, plan, prioritize, and release creative content to drive the brand style guide consistently across our channels. Be accountable to the performance of content you create and utilize data and insights to drive continuous improvements to content performance. This position will also require Project Management of various features/projects with timely delivery of results.
