The Containment Manager coordinates and manages the planning and execution of all containment activities within the site. The Containment Manager supports the organization's business activities and growth, while maintaining the highest standards of customer quality and company performance.\n

Responsibilities\n\nEstablish and coordinate staffing schedules, along with allocation of manpower and materials equipment according to customer auditing requirements\n\n\nAssist the customer Quality Manager as the primary liaison between TRIGO HT and the customer\n\n\nProvide quality inspection and auditing results with suggestions and council\u202ffrom the customer quality manager using measuring tools and record of data such as SPC.\n\n\nCreate, maintain, and manage site quality policies and procedures in accordance with the company's standard operating requirements\n\n\nAccountable for the productivity and the profit\/loss profitability of the site and for budget creation and management\n\n\nHire, provide training, and supervise the site's employees\n\n\nManage space allocation, maintain the physical site, and insure the capability of inspection equipment\n\n\nProvide monthly metric reports of the site's business activities\n\n\nMotivate employees to perform job tasks that meet or exceed the customer and company expectations\n\n\nWork with Planning & Deployment (sales) on targeted new containment business\n\n\nSetup and implementation of new locations \/ business\n\n\nOther duties and\/or responsibilities as assigned\n\n
