Main responsibilities

Oversee sub-dealers in the North Left area (Chiang Mai, Lampang, Lamphun provinces) to meet sales targets. Conduct regular visits to sub-dealers within the assigned area to promote sales.Implement and report on campaigns for dealers, sub-dealers, and farmers, including support for promoters working with sub-dealers and farmers. Develop and maintain an effective network of dealers, sub-dealers, and key farmers.Coordinate field activities and demand creation in the area, and assist the Senior Promoter with documentation as required. Collaborate to support teamwork within the business unit.Maintain professional relationships with sub-dealers and key farmers. Fulfill company requirements and adhere to company systems. Prepare market information reports for Senior/Sales Executive, Area Sales Manager, or Sales Manager.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in plant protection or a related field.2–3 years of field experience in agriculture or the seed industry.Proficient in communication in Thai and English.Demonstrated customer focus, effective communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.Possession of a personal vehicle and valid driving license.
