Contact Center Technology Required
Must have seven years
experience.
Genesys Contact Center Suite highly desired 5 to 7 years expert knowledge
Technical leadership for Genesys CTI/IVR or general contact center technology project needs.
Genesys Routing knowledge on Genesys 8.1 or above required. This is a technical leadership role that will be accountable for thought leadership around technology solutions and playing the Technical Development Lead role on projects, including solution design, technical oversight and direction, release planning and facilitation. General knowledge of contact center solutions preferred, including TComm (AT&T & Avaya IP Telephony), CTI Routing, IVR, Real Time & Historical Reporting, Workforce Management, Multichannel, etc.
