Job Overview

The Consumer Sales Support Lead Analyst is a position responsible for the formulation and implementation of long and short-term strategic plans and objectives to increase market share/penetration and maximize opportunities for growth throughout the marketplace.

Responsibilities:

Drive sales behavior to ensure customer satisfaction and develop/enhance processes to ensure quality of delivery for products and servicesLead discussions, analysis, adaption, and implementation of sales initiativesMonitor platforms to ensure adherence to compliance for security and regulatory requirements as well as improve liability position, risk control, and securityAssist sales function with product improvements, sales and advice tools, and development programsDrive success of sales practicesReconfigure branch/sales processes to enable remote engagement with customersWork with vendors and internal teams to achieve full integration of hardware, software, and servicesAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

6-10 years of relevant experienceExperience in sales support function, program management, and Salesforce programs requiredExperience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or Wealth Management industry preferredExperience in Project Management, Project Management Office, or practices at a regional level in a financial institution preferredWorking knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniquesProficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, Gantt charts, and VisioConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication as well as demonstrated presentation skills


Education:

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$96,400.00 - $144,600.00
