About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven National Sales Manager to join our Consumer Division based in Sydney. Working in close partnership with our existing National Sales Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping and executing the consumer sales strategy across a broad portfolio. This position is focused on driving revenue through key retail partners, strengthening vendor relationships, and enabling high performance within the sales team. You'll be delivering both top-line growth and margin, while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and execution excellence.
Role Responsibilities
Own and deliver sales budget and margin targets for the Consumer DivisionManage key retailer relationships and drive sell-through across the channelCollaborate with vendors on promotions, range planning, and sales incentivesLead a team of account managers, providing direction, coaching, and supportMaintain visibility on performance through pipeline and forecast managementPartner with marketing, category, and operations to ensure seamless executionIdentify gaps in market coverage and pursue new business opportunitiesRole Expectations
