I further attest that all information I submit in my employment application is true to the best of my knowledge. **Job Description** **_OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE_** Takeda sees a world where all people across the globe, regardless of age, race, or socio-economic class are protected against the threat of dengue. + As part of the India Vaccine Marketing, Consumer Marketing Lead would lead the development and implementation of Dengue Vaccine Consumer Activation Strategy. This would include all ATL, BTL and Digital strategies. + This should be done through close collaboration with internal teams of India marketing, medical, communication and MAPA, regional and global teams, as well as outside media and creative agencies. **_ACCOUNTABILITIES_** + Develop overall brand plan to grow vaccine preventable disease awareness with full understanding of consumer/patient insights through consumer market research. + Deliver off-line marketing activities through various channels including, but not limited to TV, OTT, print, radio, in-clinic and on ground events. + Lead creative process to deliver the creatives for the above channels. + Drive external agencies and manage their governance and quality outputs. + Roll out monthly KPI tracking and performance progress. + Follow Takeda approval processes to ensure that all non-promotional and digital contents and communications activities are compliantly executed. **_EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE_** + Bachelor’s degree; Masters/MBA preferred + 10+year Experience in consumer marketing in healthcare, pharma, insurance or related industry (Vaccines, Consumer Healthcare, FMCG) + 10+year experience in multi-cultural environment with close communication with regional and global marketing team including management + Digital Native + Experience of marketing for middle to senior generation + Consumer & Digital Agency management experience at client side **_BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:_** + Integrated media planning and implementation of consumer marketing campaigns using mass media, digital channels etc. + Initiate campaign concept development based on consumer insight, brief to agencies and create collaterals (eg. TVC) etc. with them. + Capability of leading planning with agencies and internal stakeholders. + A&P management to deliver the best performance within budget. + Collaborative workstyle both with internal and external stakeholders + Have a strong governance mindset to assess potential risks for the performance and ensure a solid mitigation plan and performance tracking in place. **_OTHER INFORMATION_** + Vaccines experience preferred **Locations** Mumbai, India **Worker Type** Employee **Worker Sub-Type** Regular **Time Type** Full time
