Position General Responsibilities: Generate and administer a high quality Consumer Loan Portfolio consistent with established lending policies. Employees Supervised: Provide input to Loan Processor Supervisor regarding Loan Processor they work with. Basic Qualifications: + Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. + 4 years business related college degree and/or equivalent experience. + 1-3 years consumer underwriting and lending experience. + Strong credit analysis and decision making skills. + Strong time-management skills with ability to work independently and to prioritize multiple tasks. + Strong communication computer skills. Preferred Qualifications: + Previous lending/underwriting experience. + Previous Bank and/or sales experience helpful. Dimension of Job: Responsible for Consumer Loan Portfolio. Will have extensive public or telephone contact and is to conduct relationships in a manner that will enhance the overall marketing effort of the Bank.
