**Your responsibilities**
This role is part of the FR/BNL IMEX Essential Home team, and working alongside cross-functional commercial team. You will be responsible for developing a robust brand strategy and activation plan:
+ Have a deep understanding of consumers in the FR/BNL across categories, and be the Consumer Insights and Knowledge champion in the region
+ Strong focus and involvement in managing the business, brand and activation/commercialization, reviewing business objectives with regional and country management, in order to develop, manage and analyze learning plans to best meet them
+ Provide leadership within local and regional business teams to generate actionable insights from research results, contributing to practical action plans following research
+ Learning Plans: Leverage global standard and consistent methodologies in partnership with global external partners (Kantar, Ipsos, Bases, Zappi, Toluna..), and identify appropriate learning plans to meet the regional business needs.
+ Syndicated data: Define the regional data needs with input from stakeholders, then work closely with the Global Market Insights team for retail audit and household panel service acquisition in the region, as well as with the suppliers on ensuring high quality deliverables, reporting and analysis.
+ Brand plan: Generate Local foundational insights to feed into brand plan
+ Shopper insights: Lead Shopper, channel, customer insights & planogram validation
+ Equity & Comms tracking: Lead Equity and comms tracking at local level
+ Research budget management: plan and manage the regional I&A budget with input from the country and regional management, and guidance from the EH I&A Director
+ Supplier management: develop strong relationships with global and regional external research suppliers to ensure superior service and quality
+ I&A team: develop and build strong relationships within the I&A organization, and with I&A directors and managers from the Category, Best Practices and Market Insights within RECKITT, and opportunity to lead capability areas within the global I&A Community
**The experience we're looking for**
+ 3-5 years of experience in consumer & market insights or a related field, with expertise in qualitative and quantitative research, preferably working on a FMCG product or brand, or in a market research agency
+ Fluency in both French and English
+ Effective project management and is comfortable dealing with concepts and complexity. Learns quickly and adapts easily to changing situations. Easily adapts own behaviour depending on the situation at hand
+ Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research techniques
+ Passionate about understanding human behavior and innovative thinker, always seeking new, efficient ways to drive innovation
+ Independent worker with strong ownership of brand vision and projects
+ Skilled in project management, with a focus on agile, end-to-end project ownership and excellence in execution
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a growth mindset
+ Skilled at turning complex data into actionable insights.
+ Detail-oriented and accurate
+ Trusted partner with the ability to build alignment and challenge the status quo
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to various audiences who builds trust-based relationships
