Overview Lead on Pepsi brand insights work incl. Consumer & Shopper insights by working closely with category team/global insights team/commercial team to develop the right consumer insights to support the brand future growth Responsibilities Lead & Support Pepsi Brand performance review by integrating offtake(Nielsen)/penetration(kwp)/brand tracking (Kantar) to drive business decision. Drive & facilitate Pepsi communication development & performance reviewing to build iconic brand with providing the right consumer insights Drive E2E business view with connecting consumer insights to channel insights to drive real Pepsi Brand growth Learn & Landing global Pepsi new initiatives or frameworks in China by closely collaborating with both China & global team. Translate specific category strategies into Insights plans & actions for Pespi brand Qualifications Prioritize analyses through hypothesis-building and identifies key issues Go beyond the obvious to identify analytical driven insights and deliver clear action plans for the business Strong collaborator and relationship builder, with ability to influence across the organization as well as external partners Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially PowerPoint Understanding of PepsiCo business in region
