Job Details

Job summary:

Your role will involve gaining a comprehensive understanding of Worldpanel services, the FMCG environment and client relationships to efficiently support the Consumer Insights team with client deliverables and basic account handling.

WHAT’D YOU DO:

Produce regular deliverables and foundation analyses, utilizing Powerview software and build robust network of Operations contacts.

Engage with clients to discuss briefs, comprehend their brand plans & category goals, draw logical conclusions from our data, and provide insightful recommendations.

Manage the day-to-day workload efficiently, understand and meet client work requirements, and assist the manager in client meetings.

Actively participate in relevant training programs; seek out further opportunities to enhance knowledge of FMCG market; build collaborative relationships with peers.

WHAT’D YOU BRING:

University degree or equivalent experience, with a strong affinity for numbers.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in English and Thai.Flexibility and adaptability in handling challenging situations.Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail to ensure the delivery of quality outputs.Curiosity and eagerness to learn, demonstrating a proactive approach to professional development.Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
