Today, we are looking for a Consumer Experience Lead.
This role is based in Tunis.
More specifically you will:
Define and evolve the end-to-end consumer journey for IQOS, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and commercial priorities.Develop brand engagement concepts across offline channels Integrate insights from research, CRM, digital behavior, and market trends to shape effective strategies.Develop segmented journey maps for acquisition, conversion, onboarding, and loyalty.Design and optimize in-store experiences (flagships, pop-ups, shop-in-shop) to drive conversion and engagement.Collaborate with commercial and trade teams to elevate the consumer journey across channels Ensure consistent execution of experience standards across all offline touchpoints.Lead programs that enhance consumer value (loyalty, referral, advocacy).Gather and analyze feedback to identify pain points and opportunities.Report regularly on impact and next steps.
Who we’re looking for:
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.Minimum 3 years in Consumer Engagement and/or Marketing.Proven experience in online and offline content creation, consumer experience and consumer journey.Digital literacy.Solid project management skills.Proficiency in English & French both written & spoken.

Philip Morris International (PMI) is a leading international tobacco company working to deliver a smoke-free future and evolving its portfolio for the long term to include products outside of the tobacco and nicotine sector. The company’s current product portfolio primarily consists of cigarettes and smoke-free products. Since 2008, PMI has invested more than USD 10.5 billion to develop, scientifically substantiate and commercialize innovative smoke-free products for adults who would otherwise continue to smoke, with the goal of completely ending the sale of cigarettes. This includes the building of world-class scientific assessment capabilities, notably in the areas of pre-clinical systems toxicology, clinical and behavioral research, as well as post-market studies. In November 2022, PMI acquired Swedish Match – a leader in oral nicotine delivery – creating a global smoke-free champion led by the companies’ IQOS and ZYN brands.
