Pack Consumer Experience Designing Food Experience PrinciplesJoin the Kraft Heinz International Consumer & Culinary Experience (CCX) R&D team in Nijmegen as a Design Intern, where you'll be at the forefront of shaping how we embed design into the food experiences we create. This 6-month on-site internship offers you the opportunity to define and develop design principles across global and local innovation and renovation projects.
You’ll work closely with the Consumer Experience manager, category leads, behavioral experts, sensory specialists, and design researchers—translating consumer insights into tangible design features that improve product, packaging, and communication experiences. Your focus will be on bringing design theory into practice, experimenting with tools like Figma and Loop to prototype both 2D and 3D ideas.
You’ll contribute directly to Kraft Heinz’s broader strategy by helping to articulate benefit-led design principles derived from research and immersion and apply frameworks such as the MoSCoW method to prioritize impactful features. From organizing workshops to testing concepts in real-time, you will support the advancement of design culture across CCX.
This role is ideal for a master’s student or recent graduate with a specialization in design, food experience, or culinary design, fluent in English and confident navigating complex, cross-functional environments. You’ll gain exposure to actual market challenges and deliver real business impact within the internship timeframe.
Pack Consumer Experience
We are looking for a passionate and curious Pack Consumer Experience Intern to join our Culinary & Consumer Experience team.
