With the scale of our 2500 marketing community - alongside our leading-edge Marketing Academy - your opportunities to grow and upskill will be extensive. **About the role** Step into the role of Consumer Engagement Team Lead at Reckitt and become the steward for Essential Home’s Full Funnel marketing ambitions; leading the strategy and execution of integrated marketing across, Media, Digital, and eComm channels for both US and Canada markets. You will provide insights and thought partnership to impact end-to-end performance/strategic direction and improve execution of marketing campaigns while driving operational efficiencies, exploring the next generation of key growth initiatives. The Consumer Engagement Lead will manage the integration of ecommerce and content into the existing performance team while setting KPI and executional goals for the cross-functional organization. As a strategic lead, you will explore the next generation of key growth initiatives while monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns by creative, audience and consumer touchpoint. **Your responsibilities** + Build end to end solutions with ownership of the strategic narrative + Holistically manage budget and make real-time decisions on how to best deploy digital dollars based on performance + Lead and grow a hyper-collaborative team, including our agency partners, that provide insights to empower business strategy and direction + Lead media strategy for Essential Home brands and act as strategic partner to brand teams to inform creative, effective, and holistic strategies and tactics + Develops executable plans to deliver against long and short term strategies, sets clear expectations and drives agenda cross-functionally and executes with success + Define performance goals of Full Funnel team – set KPIs, devise activations through which to achieve them while implementing measurement plans + Lead performance marketing strategy across digital channels (search, paid social, OLV, CTV, display, etc) + Manage internal and external agencies/staff + Manage performance budgets and timelines for media campaigns + Identify and share insights to be leveraged in other digital activations or brands + Seek and evaluate strategic performance opportunities and serve as a thought leader on new and innovative ways to reach and connect with our consumer + Ensure connected pipes and performance foundations exists and are optimized + Develop recommendations for new growth initiatives across eComm, brand and retail media + Develop test and learn scenarios to continue to innovate and accelerate Full Funnel media performance + Innovate and implement test and learn strategies and drive scalable results + Plan, execute and monitor full-funnel digital campaigns and liaise with cross-functional teams to optimize + Lead efforts to utilize data driven methodology, analysis and measurement to improve effectiveness in all channels + Dive deep into reporting which includes but is not limited to media plans, audience segments, creative, geo and demo targets + Determine overall E2E strategy, conversion goals, KPIs and reporting, working cross-functionally across stakeholders **The experience we're looking for** + Bachelor's degree in Marketing + Overall 8+ years of experience with 6+ years of experience in managing and optimizing paid digital acquisition and strategy + 4+ years of experience in managing paid social marketing strategy and operations + 4+ years of experience working with consumer data, segmentation, and driving/executing media plans; minimum 4 years of work experience with a major media agency or digital advertiser + Knowledge of eComm and Retail media + Experience in audience management, segment creation, insight development and performance measurement + Analytical experience in conducting analysis on channel performance, using data to inform business decisions and experience in media reporting tools + Understanding and managing different parts of a consumer journey, and how to influence the consumer across paid/owned channel + Deep experience in execution of a full-range of online and offline media channels (Search, Display, Radio, TV, OOH, OLV, CTV) **The skills for success** + Excellent analytics abilities, rigorous attention to detail and ability to drive results-oriented decisions + Data driven mindset with proven utilization of information to drive decisions, collaboration, and results + Passion for brands and understanding how E2E marketing can contribute to their development in both the short and long term + Ability to develop/drive execution of strategies, tactics, measurable implementation plans, across multiple brands + Strong communication skills with senior leadership and cross functional teams + Strong sense of urgency and achievement + Resilient and able to respond under pressure + Leadership qualities in impacting, contributing and challenging business strategy **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way. You will be rewarded in line with Reckitt's pay for performance philosophy. **US salary ranges** USD $170,000.00 - $254,000.00 **US pay transparency** The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
