Your ‘day to day’:

Team Development: Lead the recruitment, selection, development, motivation, and reward processes for our hostesses/host teams. Ensure these teams are effective, motivated, and aligned with market needs and targets.Brand Knowledge Transfer: Utilize your deep understanding of brand needs to ensure seamless communication from brand teams to the field. Support consumer engagement efforts that generate trials and on-the-spot purchases. Share reports and process updates to enhance overall efficiency.Communication Hub: Act as the central communication point between agencies, the Consumer Engagement team, the Consumer Engagement Field Force, and the Commercial department.Tool Management: Oversee and report on tools for Consumer Engagement that support business objectives. Ensure these tools are user-friendly for the Consumer Engagement force and agencies. Facilitate the connection between tool development, usage, and team feedback to support the implementation of Consumer Engagement activities.Performance Metrics: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Brand Engagement team, and Brand groups to align on metrics for the Consumer Engagement Force. Track and measure the performance of the Consumer Engagement Field Force.Team Leadership: Work closely with, manage, and develop subordinates to improve their contribution to company results. Cultivate a teammate atmosphere and ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.

 

Who we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related fieldsMinimum 2 years of experience working with brand, marketing or related fieldsValid driving license (B category)Fluent in English Energetic person with developed collaboration skillsAbility to transfer knowledge & motivate othersAdvanced MS Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word)
