Job Responsibilities

Proven experience in the home lending industry with a strong understanding of mortgage products and services Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others Ability to execute strategic business plans and achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development

FHA/VA sales experience Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills Intermediate Personal Computer skills in a windows environment
