Main Purpose of Role:
Support the design, execution and continuous improvement of consumer care-related communication channels.
Role Accountabilities:
Complete process benchmarking related to consumer care systems and structures
Review and recommend technology solutions for automation and AI-supported workflows
Partner with GBS Digital Team, DTS and other stakeholders as needed to implement selected technology solutions
Functional/Business skills
Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of chatbot programs/systems preferred
Essential Knowledge / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline, with a focus on analytics and/or AI
Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills; attention to detail
Ability to work through challenging situations or complex problems to achieve goal
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, including providing stakeholder updates and communications
Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse set of colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
