Are you a strategic and commercially driven leader ready to make an impact in professional markets with globally recognised consumer brands?

We’re looking for a Consumer Brands Sales & Business Leader to lead our efforts in Sweden, bringing Unilever’s beloved brands — from household and fabric care to personal hygiene — to life in the B2B space. This standalone role offers end-to-end ownership, close collaboration with Unilever, and strong connection to our European Consumer Brands team.

What You’ll Do

In this high-impact, cross-functional role, you will:

Lead and deliver Sweden’s annual sales targets for the Unilever Professional portfolioTurn central strategy into local execution — identifying growth sectors, key customer segments, and channel opportunitiesDrive category development, product adaptation, and go-to-market strategyShape pricing, promotion, and activation plans using data-driven insightsLead the local digital agenda — strengthen online platforms, boost social engagement, and pilot new e-commerce toolsAct as a brand ambassador internally — coaching sales colleagues and aligning cross-functional teamsPartner with local marketing to tailor campaigns and customer communication for the Swedish marketCollaborate with supply chain and demand planning to ensure product availabilityRepresent Sweden within the European Consumer Brands team, driving shared innovation and results

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a sales-savvy leader with a passion for brands, commercial growth, and cross-functional collaboration.

You have:

Strong experience in B2B sales, retail/trade marketing, or category management (FMCG background is a plus)Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skillsProven ability to translate insights into resultsConfidence in digital tools — social media, SEO, e-commerce, digital platformsStrong communication and influencing skills across all levelsA collaborative mindset with the ability to lead informallyFluency in Swedish and English
