Summary:
The Consumer Bank Program Manager owns and oversees all aspects of the various CRB programs like CRB Resiliency program, CRB Crisis Management, and any other programs that are created.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Development of the program including creation of playbooks, strategies, templates, and resources needed to support the programs.Execution of events, tracking results and other related dutiesIdentify and assess future and current business continuity and crisis support to continue protecting our colleagues and customers. Organizes and leads CRB response to crisis events as they occur to include impact analysis, creation of colleague communication, partnership in customer communication, identification and execution of interim support measures as well as mitigation needs, collaboration with departments across the enterprise, and follow through of event until resolved. This does include efforts outside of traditional business hours and days. Must be available nights and weekends with limited to no notice.Organizes and leads CRB execution of business continuity reviews, updates, and exercises in partnership with Enterprise Business Continuity team.Lead and own the specific programs.Other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree5-7 years of experience in crisis planning or project management experiencePreferred Qualifications:
