Consumer Bank Program Manager
Description Summary: The Consumer Bank Program Manager owns and oversees all aspects of the various CRB programs like CRB Resiliency program, CRB Crisis Management, and any other programs that are created. Duties & Responsibilities: + Development of the program including creation of playbooks, strategies, templates, and resources needed to support the programs. + Execution of events, tracking results and other related duties + Identify and assess future and current business continuity and crisis support to continue protecting our colleagues and customers. + Organizes and leads CRB response to crisis events as they occur to include impact analysis, creation of colleague communication, partnership in customer communication, identification and execution of interim support measures as well as mitigation needs, collaboration with departments across the enterprise, and follow through of event until resolved. This does include efforts outside of traditional business hours and days. Must be available nights and weekends with limited to no notice. + Organizes and leads CRB execution of business continuity reviews, updates, and exercises in partnership with Enterprise Business Continuity team. + Lead and own the specific programs. + Other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree + 5-7 years of experience in crisis planning or project management experience Preferred Qualifications: + Strong collaboration skills + Attention to detail + Ability to lead a group through high stakes events + Strong written and oral communication skills + Strong core values and passion for supporting the community + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications + Availability to work nights and weekends as needed + Strategic thinking to bridge gap between processes and departments, and to identify risk + Ability to partner and drive results with diverse departments and colleagues under tight timeframes + Strong skills in prioritizing and pivoting focus + Ability to present to executive leadership in a concise and clear manner Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
