We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our dynamic Call Center team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication and problem-solving skills and is willing to work 100% on site (Heredia).

Identify soft sales opportunities and implement effective sales strategies to promote products or services that align with customer needs.
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and exceeding customer expectations using customer relationship management G-Suite and Salesforce
Embrace a culture of continuous learning, readily adapting to new products, services, and work processes.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay informed about industry trends and maintain current knowledge of company products and services.
Achieve and surpass established sales targets and performance goals.
What experience you need:
High School Diploma is a must.
Minimum B2 English proficiency.
