Job Description:

About the Role:

The Consumer Affairs Agent role is a customer service-oriented position based out of our Willowbrook office in Green Bay, WI that is responsible for ensuring customers and consumers receive responses to issues and inquiries in a timely manner.  The goal is to build customer and consumer loyalty through accurate, timely and effective communication and resolutions.

You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

Assist customers/consumers by identifying, researching, and resolving their questionsInvestigate customer/consumer complaints and other issues Liaise directly with plant Quality Assurance Managers to process investigative procedureProcess retrieval kits and fulfillment items ensuring procedures and processes are followed for case management and reporting quality dataInterpret and evaluate plant investigation findings and implement appropriate responses to customers/consumersUsing template letters, prepare replies to communicate outcomes of quality investigations Assist in evaluating audit findings and communicate appropriate corrective actionsDaily follow-up on inquiries and concerns not immediately resolvedAssist in identifying trends to ensure proactive communication to the quality teamDocument internal audits and other quality assurance requests Report data from company or product integration into Consumer Affairs knowledge baseParticipate in team meetings and activities to ensure our policy, procedures and quality standards are being metAssist with additional tasks as requested
