The purpose of the role is to lead the operating model of the Brand Building channel (Legal Age Meeting Places - LAMPs) by turning marketing and customer experience plans into guidelines/ toolboxes for the field forces. The Manager of LAMPs channel is responsible for building the image of the brand and the emotional connection with the Legal Age Nicotine User (LANU 21+) by deploying marketing toolboxes and campaigns. The channel manager is also responsible for channel’s performance (NPS, KPIs, P&L)

 

 

 

Your ‘day to day’:

 

Define the LAMP network including lounges (segmentation, selection criteria) for consumer engagement activities.Deploy marketing campaigns and consumer programs for successful engagement with LANU (21+) ensuring effective execution of the Consumer Journey to enable seamless onboarding to IQOS ecosystem.End-to-end responsibility for the LAMPs operations across employees, contractors and commercial partners (including suppliers management, health and safety compliance, etc.)Participate in commercial programs, projects and initiatives from idea generation to go-to-market (GTM), as defined by the market commercial governance, providing deep channel expertise.Provide channel specific consumer insights leveraging outcomes of huddles and NPS inner loop practices, to support Consumer Experience in identifying and addressing experience gaps and opportunitiesPlan visibility materials for LAMPs channel (temporary & permanent installation) in alignment with marketing and design teams.Deliver on-brand consumer experiences (e.g. consumer programs) ensuring the application of Brand, Marketing and Consumer Experience guidelines.Lead the toolbox development for the LAMP channel (talking points, CE mechanics, giveaways, uniforms, B2C & B2B programs) Identify opportunities and deploy initiatives for direct consumer engagement; connect on premise with off premise in collaboration with marketing & digital team and the other channelsContinuously optimize channel productivity and operational effectivenessProvide input to the Head of Commercial Operations on the optimal in-house/outsourced mix, external partners selection and contracting and channel development, with the analytical support of Commercial planning Ensure a high quality, engaged and skilled front-line team (directly or indirectly employed) applying all people management levers (communication, recognition, reward, hiring, training, performance management, etc.)Participate in the Commercial Operations leadership team governance and provide deep channel expertise


 

Who we’re looking for:

Experience in B2C brand building activities (Events, Hotel/Restaurant, Nightlife Industry)Multiple experiences in Sales/Customer service roles (Hospitality, solution or consumer focused selling/customer service, retail or field sales experience)Excellent communication and listening skillsA problem-solving attitudeExperience in consumer managementExperience in building & managing relationship with multiple stakeholders (cross-functional projects)Min. 5 years’ experience in similar positions in a marketing agency/B2C companyLegally authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future without sponsorship

 

 

Annual Base Salary Range: $123,750 - $165,000
