Purpose of the job

The Sales Representative meets annual sales goals focus on customer requirements for products and services improving their spaces and identifying their actual needs. Regular communication is required with internal and external customers regarding order/project product and service requirements according to company guidelines while maintaining company integrity and brand image.

Specific responsibilities

Achive sales annual objective in margin and volume assigned by the company in the current fiscar year.

Coordinate the different areas of the company involved in sales projects to give an effective response to the customer.

Seeking new opportunities for business, prospecting new accounts.

Develops and coordinate the sales process including the complex sales and the negotiation strategy.

Develop and maintain commercial relations wit long-term customers through personalized attention and advice.

Identify the customer needs for the application of design solutions achieving the sale of the product.

Enter and follow sales orders until closing the process.

Education:

Preferred: Arquitecture, Industrial Design, Interiors Design Degree, Marketing or similar.

English 80%

Experience:

Desirable: 4 years of experience in sales.

Experience in B2B channel.

Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills both oral and written, to work with all levels of staff and customers in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal (mainly with project leaders, integral services, finance and communication) and external customers and their outsourced providers
