HORÁRIO DE TRABALHO: de segunda-feira a sexta-feira, das 07:30 às 17:18

Em um dia típico, você irá:

Gerenciar um portfólio de unidades de elevadores mantendo boas relações de trabalho com os clientes existentes;

Recuperar clientes;
Servir como contato principal para a resolução das necessidades do cliente por meio de consultas;
Desenvolver novos clientes por meio de chamadas, networking, ofertas e licitações;
Desenvolver sua própria estratégia de vendas para atingir as metas de vendas;
Usar as ferramentas de vendas da Otis para acompanhar efetivamente as oportunidades, o pipeline e prever os resultados de vendas;
Conduzir negociações de vendas de serviços, reparos e modernização;

Fechar negócios;

Reverter cancelamentos de contratos;
Colaborar com outros membros da equipe, incluindo outros representantes de vendas e colegas de campo.

O que você precisará para ser bem-sucedido:

Ter graduação em preferencialmente em Administração de Empresas e/ou cursos correlatos, ter experiência profissional anterior;
Ter experiência inicial em vendas de contratos de serviços técnicos que exigem consulta;
Ter uma forte orientação para clientes e serviços, incluindo excelentes habilidades interpessoais;

Ter conhecimentos, a nível de usuário quanto ao CRM que é onde será norteado seu trabalho;
Se caracterizar por um alto nível de comprometimento e confiabilidade;
Ser focado em metas, com a capacidade de trabalhar em ritmo acelerado em uma organização corporativa exigente e complexa;

Ter veículo próprio;

Atividade híbrida.
