The Amex GBT Products trainer delivers the learning sessions based on the product learning program to our customers. The role includes the development of learning content and the delivery of learning sessions on Amex GBT’s products and technology. The Amex GBT products trainer manages the logistics and administration related to the training provided.

What You'll Be Doing:

Creating and facilitating customized trainings for clients to both large and small audiences.Develop and deliver all training collateral and communication collateral that is tailored for the client’s travel program.Supporting and providing customized training sessions for the Neo Travel, Concur, and Citrix booking tool.Deliver “Train the Trainer” training to Travel Managers.Staying abreast on the latest product enhancements and communicating those update's companywide to the dedicated client.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and presentation skills to diverse audiences and be fluent in English and (German not required but preferred)Learning and Development or training facilitation experience.Experience in Neo travel , Concur, and Citrix is a plusLearning and Development curriculum design experience.
