Engage in both functional analysis (20%) and technical execution (80%), leveraging deep product expertise.
Conduct client workshops to define and document business processes, requirements, and system specifications.
Develop Business, Functional, and System Requirements Documents.
Configure and maintain enterprise-level applications and workflows to align with client-specific business needs.
Manage and guide technical configuration teams and ensure solution alignment with client goals.
Support testing activities, including end-to-end business process testing and user acceptance preparation.
Deliver client training sessions and create custom training materials and hand-off documentation.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders at client sites to ensure solution success and user adoption.
Prepare and present solutions and recommendations, gaining buy-in from key stakeholders.
