As a Consulting Technical Manager, you will play a key role in our Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration team, driving modernization initiatives for a federal client. In this project management-focused position, you will oversee multiple concurrent migration efforts, manage schedules and reporting, and ensure seamless coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide project management support across multiple federal OCI migration projects

· Manage and oversee OCI project plans and schedules, identifying and resolving program conflicts

· Assist with OCI contract processes, proactively identifying and escalating roadblocks

· Support personnel onboarding efforts and address team member questions or issues

· Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for leadership

· Identify, track, and escalate risks and issues, particularly those impacting project schedules

· Serve as a liaison across internal organizations—including hosting, product, engineering, testing, consulting, cutover, and change management—to ensure timely communication and effective collaboration

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience

· Minimum 5 years of related experience

· Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with teams and clients

· Ability to travel as required (up to 25%)

· U.S. citizenship (per client contract requirements)

· Eligible for appropriate government security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field

· Product or technical expertise relevant to OCI, cloud architecture, or Healthcare IT
