Job Description SummaryThis role is a front-line customer engagement driver and leader of Edison/ digital solution development & delivery. With clear targeting, s/he understands customers’ environment, challenges and expectations to improve their outcome through program offering. S/he will build trusted relationship with customers and lead pre-sales consulting activities, as well to deliver solution by closely working with program management and other GEHC-J teams and external partners alike.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

Scope of this position spans around mostly larger-size healthcare institutions and industry partners, with whom GEHC collaborates to deliver desired healthcare outcomes, compatible with business sustainability. Building up meaningful customer dialogues, clearly articulating means-to-outcome design, and delivering effective data to workflow integration are key to success as resulting in new growth and increased customer preferability of GEHC Japan as business partner. Essential responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Leads team of pre-sales/consulting specialists and provides management and operational consulting for customers to articulate customer needs and outcomes, and collaborates with commercial members to place orders. Leads/ Collaborates with project managers to define deliverables of customer engagement projects.Develops and delivers HCS-enabling solutions such as MSA-associated service applications, Dose Watch, APM (Asset Performance Management)/ CPM (Clinical Performance Management), Capacity Command Center, Open-Connect VNA (Vendor Neutral Archive) and relevant offerings. Explores adoption of global Edison-branded solutions such as Edison AI Orchestrator and other upcoming tools in collaboration with GEHC product teams and third-party partners as necessary.Designs and implements regional healthcare solutions including data exchange, preventive care aids, precision monitoring, and other national/ regional real-world data projects and/or AI adoption programs. Leads team of data integrators (and potentially specific product-associated engineers) to design and quality assure implementation of data to workflow integration consistent with defined customer outcomes and specified means/tools (such as aforementioned).Ensures appropriate internal and external partnership is in place to balance in-house expertise building and effective resource deployment to quality.Leads prospective business growth-enabling pilot programs.Recruits, coaches and motivates talents in his/her team.Consulting Specialists/ Pre-sales, Project Managers, Data Analysts/Integrators, and potentially specific technology-driven engineers may report to this position.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Combined 10+ years of successful leadership experience in consulting, technology integration, project/operational management, and/or program development

2. Minimum of 5 years in healthcare industry with relevant domain knowledge, coupled with strong business acumen, financial and organizational knowledge

3. Caliber to engage mutually beneficial dialogues with senior class of clients and industry partners

4. Proven interpersonal skills to motivate and gain trust from cross-functional members of the company

5. Strong project execution and ability to negotiate complex and strategic contracts

6. Team management skills and capability to develop talents

7. Strongly compliance driven

8. Willingness and ability to travel (domestic and international)

2. Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management team

3. Adaptable and flexible to evolving business environment, such as handling multiple tasks concurrently, and easily adapting to new assignments, systems or tools

4. Capability to produce clear and concise written and verbal communication, clearly conveying thoughts and ideas to peers, management, and clients / partners in both Japanese and English

5. Multiple years of GEHC experience and familiarity with GE’s business structure and team characters 

6. Knowledge and experience of large complex sales and marketing processes

7. Proven track record of sales success or business management
