Program Director Role:

As a Program Director, you will lead customer programmes and projects across ERPM, HCM, and CX domains. Your expertise will drive the delivery of exceptional solutions, exceeding client expectations. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their SaaS transformation journey and fostering an innovation mindset.

Qualifications and Experience:

A minimum of 10 years of programme or project management experience is essential. At least 3 years of full-life cycle experience in Oracle Applications, Technology, or Systems implementation is required. Alternative experience with similar solutions will be considered. Proven customer-facing skills, preferably within an IT professional services organisation. Ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Comfortable working in cross-functional teams. Proficient in managing and forecasting large project budgets. A track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget, maintaining high quality. Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic environment. Energetic and enthusiastic about technology, people management, and relationship building. Willingness to travel. Familiarity with various implementation methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile) and the ability to recommend client-specific approaches. Understanding of AI's role in business and project implementations. Degree or equivalent experience required. Programme Management qualification (MSP) is desirable. Project Management qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master are preferred. Membership of a professional project management community (PMI, PMP) is advantageous.
