Title and Summary

Consulting Project Manager, Strategy & Transformation

Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Our teams work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants.

Responsibilities

Client Impact
•\tLead client engagements across a range of industries and problem statements
•\tDevelop strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value
•\tOwn key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders and independently assess client agenda, internal culture, and change readiness

Team Collaboration & Culture
•\tLead team to creative insights and sound business recommendations, and deliver impactful client presentations while growing team members’ roles and skills
•\tProvide analytical and day-to-day project delivery team leadership, and create a collaborative and inclusive environment for all levels
•\tCollaborate with internal Mastercard stakeholders including Product and Business Development to scope projects, create relevant solutions for clients, and build the firm's intellectual capital
•\tProvide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants

Qualifications
•\tPrior experience in consulting or corporate strategy
•\tIndustry expertise in financial services is a must, retail & e-commerce is an asset
•\tCompleted undergraduate or higher degree
•\tDemonstrated ability to lead workstreams and teams, and to manage client relationships effectively
•\tStrong grasp of business KPIs, financial performance, and organizational leadership
•\tProven ability to identify, scope, and develop new business opportunities
•\tAnalytical thinker with strong numerical and problem-solving capabilities
•\tProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•\tCapable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
•\tFluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus
•\tEligible to work and travel as required
