Coordinate with senior management to align team objectives with organizational goals and client needs. Oversee the delivery of technology consulting projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines. Facilitate communication between team members and other departments to ensure project success and integration of best practices. Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
