**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Consulting Analyst with 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Networks and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving our consulting processes ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients. **Responsibilities** + Analyze and evaluate client needs to develop effective consulting strategies. + Provide expert advice on network-related issues and solutions. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions. + Conduct thorough research to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the network domain. + Develop and present detailed reports and recommendations to clients. + Oversee the implementation of network solutions to ensure they meet client requirements. + Monitor and assess the performance of network solutions post-implementation. + Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all consulting activities. + Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams. + Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure the success of implemented solutions. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies and processes. + Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong background in network technologies and solutions. + Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Exhibit strong communication and presentation abilities. + Show proficiency in using various network analysis tools and software. + Have a proven track record of successful project implementations. + Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. + Be adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies. **Certifications Required** Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification.
