**Job Summary** We are seeking a Consulting Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with a day shift schedule. This role involves analyzing data providing insights and supporting our clients in making informed decisions to enhance their business operations. **Responsibilities** + Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that can drive business decisions. + Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. + Develop and implement strategies to improve business processes and operational efficiency. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. + Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients. + Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. + Assist in the development of project plans timelines and budgets. + Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables. + Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of industry practices. + Support the development of new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and preparing proposals. + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. + Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to solve complex business problems. + Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business. **Qualifications** + Possess a deep understanding of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain with relevant experience. + Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Exhibit excellent communication and presentation abilities. + Show proficiency in using analytical tools and software. + Have a proven track record of successful project management. + Display the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Be adaptable to changing project requirements and client needs. + Hold a relevant certification such as Certified Insurance Data Analyst (CIDA).
