Consulting Account Lead, Google Cloud (Japanese, English)

Preferred qualifications: + Master's degree or PhD in Management, Technical or Engineering. + 15 years of experience in customer-facing roles. + Experience in leading enterprise transformations, driving changes in people, processes and technology to modernize legacy on-premise systems into cloud-native operations. + Experience advising customers on technology investment decisions by evaluating expected business value and return on investment (ROI). + Experience with data center migration strategies and collaboration with channel partners/systems integrators. + Knowledge of the Google Cloud ecosystem. The Google Cloud Consulting (GCC) team helps customers modernize their IT operations using Google Cloud products and services, enabling them to maximize value. As a Consulting Account Lead, you will serve as a trusted advisor to major customers, helping them use Google Cloud to achieve their business goals. You will collaborate with them on cloud strategy, organizational, programmatic and technical and help remove barriers to adoption.You will identify opportunities to accelerate onboarding, drive change and expand their use of Google Cloud through best practices. In this role, you will drive successful cloud adoption by guiding customers through their transformation journey and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage executive stakeholders to align on business goals and deliver value.
