**📌** **Position: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (Service Line)**
**✨** **About the Role**
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, strategic leader to manage our service line’s **financial planning and analysis** activities. In this role, you will:
+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and managed care program requirements
+ Oversee enrollment processes and provider identifiers
+ Partner with leaders to identify opportunities and risks that impact our short- and long-term financial goals
**🔍** **Key Responsibilities**
+ **Enrollment (855 Forms):** Partner with department heads/VPs to collect data and submit accurate applications
+ **National Provider Identifier (NPI) Applications:** Coordinate with CMS and teams to ensure compliance
+ **Regulatory Compliance:** Maintain eligibility for billing federal/state programs and managed care plans
+ **Financial Data Management:** Prepare cost report worksheets, home office cost statements, and other schedules
+ **System Optimization:** Maintain logging systems, troubleshoot issues, and train new staff
+ **Regulation Monitoring:** Track new rules and distribute updates to staff
+ **Medicare Bad Debt Support** for new team members
+ **Collaboration:** Work closely with the Rex Reimbursement Analyst on enrollment issues and hospital-based clinic rules
+ **Special Assignments:** DSH worksheets, HBOC comparisons, PS&R projects

+ Knowledge of **Clinically Integrated Network (CIN)** landscapes
+ Experience in **Value-Based Care** expansion and adoption
+ Strong **project management skills** with ability to lead teams and enforce timelines
+ Successful track record managing **complex projects** across multiple stakeholders
+ Background in a **large academic medical center** environment

**Professional Experience Requirements:**

**Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:**
â—Ź Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical publications, procedures, drawings and schematics. Ability to document clinical and technical information. Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from physicians and other medical staff. Mathematical Skills: Ability to understand and apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, boolean algebra, and logarithms. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, power and impedance calculations, and various digital numerical systems conversion. Reasoning Ability: Ability to logically define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instruction in publications or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Computer Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of personal computer operating systems, databases, assembly, software applications, computer hardware, and networking.
