The GOSO US Incentives Consultant/ Sr. Associate Consultant is responsible for working with GSSO India team and US Consultants through personnel management, staff development, and cross-functional communication. The person will be responsible to advise and provide insights to business partners enabling decision-making to achieve improved customer experience and business outcomes. The person will draw upon information from multiple internal and external sources to lead and provide technical coaching to the team to ensure the effective dissemination of business information and the delivery of the portfolio. The person will report to the Global Incentives Team Manager and work closely with other Leads across GOSO to ensure best practices across the function.
These IC Portfolio will include Incentives Plan design & Quota setting, IC payout calculations, budget analysis, HR eligibility processing, IC Contests/Award programs and IC Reporting & analytics.
Portfolio Management/Delivery
Responsible/accountable for management/delivery of overall book of work for assigned staff.Develops and executes Demand Plan in partnership with Incentives Leads to ensure seamless delivery of IC work and priorities.Adjusts work plan based on shifting priorities using effective change control.Leads and directs internal and external team members in achieving team goals.Identifies and resolves issues affecting delivery of work.Conceives of and implements new and efficient ways to accomplish goals.Accountable for all the change management, system implementations for ICRegularly reports results of team activities to leadership teamOperational Excellence
Ensures all the IC BRDs, Design Documents, SOPs, QC Checklists etc. are maintained. Plans effective training, leveraging instructional design principles and the business strategy to create learning solutions for new membersFacilitate the review/approval process required for all documents. Reconcile all reviewer feedback and address all issues.Create and oversee execution of project plan(s).Participates on project teams; leads assigned projects.Drive quality standards through review of project documents, design, deliverables, final deliverablesSurfaces process improvement opportunitiesEnsures compliance to Jira Process, IC Scorecards, AAR, Annual IC Planner etc.Stakeholder Management
Manages timelines, coordinates with other team members across time zonesDevelops, implements, and monitors communication plans for assigned work.Communicates project and program status with India Leads and US stakeholdersAnticipates and resolve project/program issues, escalating as appropriate with India TLTraining and Development
Effectively creates and manages an agile organization that continuously meets the needs of a changing portfolio.Builds an organizational culture aligned with Team Lilly – inclusion, innovation, acceleration, delivery, integrity, excellence, and respect for people.Develops staff who demonstrate expertise in Incentives, strategic thinking, project management, and cross-functional leadership.Provides guidance, training, and supervision to personnel.Provide technical support and guidance to Team as needed.Ensure all team members are compliant with company policies, procedures and regulations.Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree8-10 years of experience (at Consultant level) and 5-7 years of experience (at Sr. Associate Consultant level) in Incentives and SFE domainEnsure compliance with company policies and any applicable state and federal laws and regulations.Good understanding of Incentives Plan design & Quota setting, IC payout calculations, budget analysis, HR eligibility processing, IC Contests/Award programs and IC Reporting & analyticsExperience in writing code (e.g., SQL, VBA, Python) and Data Visualization tools like Tableau etc.Ability to quickly analyze upstream and downstream impact for system changes and OCM instancesDetailed knowledge of pharmaceutical data and business rulesProvide insightful and useful incentive analytics across all management levels that deliver continuous improvement in incentive plan effectivenessOther Information/Additional Preferences:
