Principal responsibilities

Job Summary:

Position Overview: The Senior Engineering Lead is a global role responsible for setting and implementing best practices across our engineering organization. This role involves defining tooling roadmaps, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with our engineering standards . The ideal candidate will have experience with Data Platforms, Cloud technologies, and complex regulated environments.

DevOps Leadership:

Manage and oversee the DevOps team and related projects.Design, build, and maintain a stable and efficient infrastructure across production, QA, and development environments.Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve building, packaging, and deployment processes.Implement automated infrastructure capabilities (e.g., backups, security tools, monitoring).Utilize a consistent DevOps approach to improve all phases of the development lifecycle.

Technical Strategy:

Collaborate with Product Owners and DevOps teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement of products and services.Review requirements from a testability perspective and formulate non-functional testing strategies.Work with Security Specialists or Product Owners to define security testing strategies.

Compliance and Data Controls:

Ensure compliance with mandatory and regulatory requirements.Implement technical currency in line with published standards and guidelines.Translate work requirements into development activities across teams.
