• Cloud DevOps: Proven experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and cloud architecture best practices.
• Database Caching: Strong skills in relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and Redis (clustering, performance tuning).
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems, optimize bottlenecks, and make data-driven decisions.
• CI/CD IaC: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Agile Collaboration: Comfortable in Scrum/Kanban environments and working with remote teams.
Nice to have:
• Python Proficiency: Experience with Python frameworks (Django, Flask) for scripting or backend services.
• RAG/AI Knowledge: Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, or LLM integration.
